As part of the wider ongoing development at Rosedale Park, Crest Nicholson are delivering their detailed plans for the Rosedale Park Primary School through a reserved matters planning application.
Rosedale Park Primary School will be a two-form primary school catering for 420 pupils aged between 4 and 11 years. In addition, a 60-place nursery (30 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon) will be provided.
The new school was approved as part of the outline consent originally granted by Broxbourne Borough Council in 2020. This further reserved matters application will confirm the specific technical details – such as the design, layout, and other areas.
